1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LS Connect platform ("Platform") at LSConnect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We use IDScan.net to verify your age and identity before granting access to certain features.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

LS Connect SMS Program

By opting in to the LS Connect messaging program, you consent to receive SMS messages from LS Connect related to phone notification. When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your phone number.

• Program Name: LS Connect
• Program Description: LS Connect sends SMS messages to opted-in users for phone verification.
• Message Frequency: Verification message will be sent when you provide your phone number.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you receive messages. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the Platform.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@lsconnect.com. If a message includes a link, you can also follow it for unsubscribe instructions and our company information.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Transfer of Number: Before changing your mobile number or transferring it to another person, you agree to reply "STOP" from the original number, unsubscribe using the link in our messages (if provided), or notify us at support@lsconnect.com. Providing this notice is a condition of using the messaging service.
• Changes to Messaging Terms: We reserve the right to change or terminate the messaging program at any time and to update these messaging terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change, you should cancel your enrollment; your continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Identity Verification

We use IDScan.net, a third-party identity verification service, to verify your age and identity. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your identification information by IDScan.net in accordance with their privacy policy and terms of service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without our written consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to LS Connect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
