6. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from LS Connect, the following terms apply to our messaging program. When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your phone number.

• Consent: We send SMS messages only to users who have opted in. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from LS Connect related to phone notification, at the mobile number you provided or any other number you later designate. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in through the Platform during registration or account setup.
• Program Description: LS Connect sends SMS messages to opted-in users for phone verification.
• Message Frequency: A verification message will be sent when you provide your phone number.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you receive messages. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through the Platform.
• Help: Reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at support@lsconnect.com. If a message includes a link, you can also follow it for unsubscribe instructions and our company information.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Transfer of Number: Before changing your mobile number or transferring it to another person, you agree to reply "STOP" from the original number, unsubscribe using the link in our messages (if provided), or notify us at support@lsconnect.com. Providing this notice is a condition of using the messaging service.
• Changes to Messaging Terms: We reserve the right to change or terminate the messaging program at any time and to update these messaging terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change, you should cancel your enrollment; your continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile opt-in and consent data is excluded from any information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy.
